The Master’s Degree in Project Management and Innovation (MPI) at ESEA is an RNCP-registered Level 7 qualification which trains, over a two-year period, senior managers capable of transforming creative ideas into tangible and profitable outcomes, with a strong focus on managing uncertainty and leading change.
This programme is ideally suited to project and digital transformation managers seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

Admission Requirements
ADMISSION LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree and Bachelor +4 level
Prerequisites:
The Master’s Degree in Project Management and Innovation (MPI) at ESEA is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification, and to candidates applying for the second year of the Master’s programme who have completed a first year of a Master’s degree (M1) or obtained a waiver from the awarding body.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration :
STUDY DURATION:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s Degree in Project Management and Innovation (MPI) at ESEA is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:
- Learn to balance the V-model and Agile methodologies in order to adapt to the pace of innovation.
- Use software tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Master competitive intelligence and technological monitoring to identify future trends.
- Apply user-centred approaches to design products or services that meet real needs.
- Understand how to protect innovations and manage legal aspects.
- Learn how to coordinate and collaborate with diverse profiles (engineers, designers, marketers).
- Be able to “pitch” and promote a project internally to management or externally to investors.
- Support employees through organisational transformations linked to new technologies.
- Assess project profitability, manage R&D budgets, and identify funding sources.
- Develop the ability to produce a robust business plan for a new activity or start-up.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES
APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Enrolment for the September 2025 intake runs from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Enrolment for the January 2026 mid-year intake continues until 18 December.

- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
After completing the application form, our school commits to responding within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will offer, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge test and/or a placement interview (by phone or video conference) and/or a review of your application.
Funding
- Apprenticeship contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Assistance (AIF): if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding: through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in instalments.

Validation of competency blocks:
- Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project using AI
- Block 2: Design a digital project within an UX Design approach adapted to AI
- Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop functional specifications and technical requirements
- Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project using AI
- Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
