The Master’s Degree in Management and Strategy (MS) at ESEA is an RNCP-registered Level 7 qualification which trains, over a two-year period, professionals capable of leading complex organisations, making strategic decisions, and managing performance in a constantly evolving environment.
This programme is ideally suited to managers involved in the day-to-day management of organisations who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The MS Master’s Degree at ESEA enables students to be highly operational from their very first professional experience. The programme includes lectures, conferences, Masterclasses, and Business Games delivered by professionals and industry experts.

Admission Requirements
ADMISSION LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree and Bachelor +4 level
Prerequisites:
The Master’s Degree in Management and Strategy (MS) at ESEA is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification, and to candidates applying for the second year of the Master’s programme who have completed a first year of a Master’s degree (M1) or obtained a waiver from the awarding body.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration :
STUDY DURATION:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Master’s Degree in Management and Strategy (MS) at ESEA is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:
- Learn to analyse the macro- and microeconomic environment, identify trends, and anticipate challenges.
- Master strategic planning tools and ensure their operational implementation across the organisation.
- Understand ethical, CSR, and governance issues to ensure sustainable and responsible growth.
- Understand business valuation mechanisms, financial structuring, and risk management to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and support organisations through digital and organisational transformation.
- Integrate innovation, as well as talent and skills management, as levers for performance and competitive advantage.
- Master management control tools, budgeting processes, and performance evaluation to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Define the company’s positioning within its markets and adapt its offering to customer needs to ensure profitable growth.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES
APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Enrolment for the September 2025 intake runs from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Enrolment for the January 2026 mid-year intake continues until 18 December.

- By the employer
- At the employee’s initiative, with the employee’s consent
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
After completing the application form, our school commits to responding within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will offer, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge test and/or a placement interview (by phone or video conference) and/or a review of your application.
Funding
- Apprenticeship contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Assistance (AIF): if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding: through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in instalments.

Validation of competency blocks:
Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
Block 2: Design a digital project using a UX Design approach, adapting to AI technologies
Block 3: Manage a digital project using Agile methodology, develop its functional specifications and technical requirements
Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
Block 5: Conduct research and produce reports in competitive intelligence and corporate strategy
