The Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESEA is an RNCP-registered Level 7 qualification which trains, over a two-year period and at the intersection of operational performance and technological transformation, senior managers capable of managing, through the integration of tomorrow’s digital tools, the entire value chain (Supply Chain) of an organisation, from strategic sourcing to final distribution.

This programme is ideally suited to professionals involved in the value chain who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

Admission Requirements

ADMISSION LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree and Bachelor +4 level

Prerequisites:

The Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESEA is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification, and to candidates applying for the second year of the Master’s programme who have completed a first year of a Master’s degree (M1) or obtained a waiver from the awarding body.

Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.

Duration :

STUDY DURATION:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programme available.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

The Master’s Degree in Management and Digitalisation of Procurement and Logistics Processes (MD-AL) at ESEA is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain in order to identify optimisation levers for flows, from production to last-mile delivery.
  • Train students in the definition and deployment of procurement strategies, including supplier portfolio segmentation and risk management (geopolitical risks, shortages, price fluctuations).
  • Learn to integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainable development considerations into procurement and logistics practices.
  • Develop a cost-optimisation approach that goes beyond the purchase price by considering the total life-cycle costs of products and services.
  • Master tools and information systems applied to procurement and logistics, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data analysis tools.
  • Understand and apply continuous improvement and Lean methods to enhance the performance of logistics processes.
  • Master advanced negotiation techniques with international suppliers and draft/manage complex procurement contracts, while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

  • Enrolment for the September 2025 intake runs from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Enrolment for the January 2026 mid-year intake continues until 18 December.

After completing the application form, our school commits to responding within 72 hours.

  • Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project using AI
  • Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
