The Master’s in CSR Consulting and Change Management (C-RSE) at ESEA is a Level 7 qualification listed on the RNCP. It trains professionals over two years to address socio-environmental transition and sustainability challenges, equipping them to implement, manage, and improve management systems in these key areas of business.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers concerned with CSR and Sustainable Development issues, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

Admission Requirements
ENTRY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree / Undergraduate degree and Master’s level (Bac+4)
Prerequisites:
The Master’s in CSR Consulting and Sustainable Development (C-RSE) at ESEA is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree (Licence) or any Level 6 qualification. Entry into the second year of the Master’s programme is available to candidates who have completed the first year of a Master’s (Master 1) or who have received an exemption from the awarding body.
Admission is based on application review and may include an interview.

STUDY DURATION:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
sThe Master’s in CSR Consulting and Sustainable Development (C-RSE) at ESEA is a State-recognised Level 7 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the regulatory framework for CSR and sustainable development (ISO standards, applicable regulations, Sustainable Development Goals – SDGs)
- Design and implement a CSR strategy tailored to a company’s specific needs
- Integrate sustainability and positive impact principles into project design and management
- Map stakeholders within the company and engage teams
- Audit CSR performance
- Manage CSR-related risks and identify opportunities for sustainable innovation
- Master ethical and responsible marketing and communication plans
- Develop new business models and innovation strategies for impact
- Analyse and assess the environmental and social impacts of an organisation’s economic activities
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES
APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Enrolment for the September 2025 intake runs from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Enrolment for the January 2026 mid-year intake continues until 18 December.

Access to our training programmes can be initiated:

- At the employee’s initiative, with the employee’s consent
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
After completing the application form, our school commits to responding within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will offer, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge test and/or a placement interview (by phone or video conference) and/or a review of your application.
Funding
- Apprenticeship contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Assistance (AIF): if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding: through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in instalments.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Validation of competency blocks:
- Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project using AI
- Block 2: Design a digital project within an UX Design approach adapted to AI
- Block 3: Manage a digital project using agile methodology, and develop functional specifications and technical requirements
- Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project using AI
- Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in economic intelligence and corporate strategy
