The Project Management Bachelor’s degree (GP) at ESEA is a French qualification registered at RNCP Level 6, designed to transform students into operational project managers. The primary objective is to teach you how to lead an idea from its initial concept through to final implementation, while adhering to specific constraints.

Further Studies
This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.
Admission Requirements
LEVEL(S) OF ADMISSION
Baccalaureate and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Project Management Bachelor’s degree (GP) at ESEA is open to holders of a baccalaureate. Entry into the third year is open to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on an application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration :
STUDY DURATION:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme (apprenticeship) available from the third year onwards.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Project Management Bachelor’s degree (GP) at ESEA is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Define objectives (SMART), feasibility and scope.
- Create schedules and define milestones.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust resources.
- Analyse results and carry out a review (lessons learned – REX).
- Master software such as MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana or GanttProject.
- Learn how to develop a budget, monitor costs and ensure profitability.
- Be able to motivate, delegate and coordinate diverse profiles.
- Anticipate unforeseen events and know how to pivot in the event of a crisis.
- Learn how to manage stakeholders (clients, suppliers, management).
- Align the project with the company’s overall strategy.
- Act as a link between different departments (technical, commercial, legal).
- Often delivered through a work-study programme or long internships, which are at the core of this training.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES
APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Enrolment for the September 2025 intake runs from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Enrolment for the January 2026 mid-year intake continues until 18 December.
Procedures
Access to our training programmes can be initiated:
- By the employer
- At the employee’s initiative, with the employee’s consent
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
After completing the application form, our school commits to responding within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will offer, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge test and/or a placement interview (by phone or video conference) and/or a review of your application.

- Work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
