The Innovation Management Bachelor’s degree (GIN) at ESEA is a Level 6 qualification registered with the RNCP, designed to train hybrid profiles capable of bridging creative vision, technical feasibility and business strategy.
This programme is perfectly aligned with the needs of managers responsible for leading change, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.
The GIN Bachelor’s degree at ESEA enables students to become highly operational from their first professional experience or to pursue further studies at Bachelor’s +4/+5 level. Courses, conferences, Masterclasses and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

Further Studies
This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the option to enrol in the first year of a Master’s programme.
Admission Requirements
LEVEL(S) OF ADMISSION
Baccalaureate and Bac+2
Prerequisites:
The Innovation Management (GIN) Bachelor’s degree at ESEA is open to holders of a baccalaureate and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on an application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration :
STUDY DURATION:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme (apprenticeship) available from the third year onwards.
PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES
The Innovation Management (GIN) Bachelor’s degree at ESEA is a State-recognised Level 6 qualification that aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Learn how to place the user at the centre of the innovation process.
- Be able to manage projects in an iterative way (Scrum, Kanban).
- Move quickly from concept to a testable version in order to validate hypotheses.
- Learn how to create or transform business models (such as moving from product sales to subscription-based models).
- Analyse trends, competition and emerging needs.
- Learn how to launch a disruptive product on the market, which differs from traditional marketing.
- Anticipate the impact of AI, blockchain or data on industries.
- Support companies in their transition towards new digital tools.
- Support teams in accepting and adopting innovations.
- Develop an entrepreneurial mindset within an existing organisation.
- Be able to pitch a project to investors or senior management.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES
APPLICATION DEADLINES
- Enrolment for the September 2025 intake runs from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Enrolment for the January 2026 mid-year intake continues until 18 December.

Access to our training programmes can be initiated:

- At the employee’s initiative, with the employee’s consent
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
After completing the application form, our school commits to responding within 72 hours.
If the programme requires prerequisites, we will offer, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge test and/or a placement interview (by phone or video conference) and/or a review of your application.

- Work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
